UHS and KMS Travel to Colby for GWAC League Cross Country;
Girls Varsity 3rd and Boys Varsity 4th Place Respectively

Launch the media gallery 1 playerThe Ulysses High School and Kepley Middle School cross country teams traveled to Colby on October 12, 2017, for the GWAC League cross country meet.
This was the final meet of the season for all middle school and junior varsity runners.
Freshman Yessenia Ornelas ran an outstanding race, turning in a season personal best time of 22:06 in the 5K race, earning a 2nd place, all-league award in the varsity race.
First year runner, sophomore Eduardo Mendoza, ran a season personal best time of 18:24, earning an 8th place all-league award, in the 5K race.
The varsity teams will travel to McPherson for the regional meet on October 21st.
