Ulysses Cross Country Meet Brings Home 1st and 2nd,
Varsity Boys and Varsity Girls Battle the Weather

Launch the media gallery 1 playerDespite the poor weather conditions (97 degrees with 40 mph winds), the Ulysses cross country teams raced to a first place finish (varsity boys) and second place finish (varsity girls).
We told our runners to not worry about their times but rather their place in the race. We can’t control the weather but we can control how we run that day and that everybody will be running in the same conditions.
We are very proud of our runners for enduring the weather conditions!
