Trailing 7-0 in the second quarter, the Tigers engineered a 19-play, 67-yard drive, culminating in Zak Anderson's two-yard plunge at the 8:37 mark.
He tacked on two more after a PAT pass to Sloan Hayden.
The second half was Ulysses's undoing, being out-scored 28-0 to fall to 0-3 on the 2017 season.
Andrew Nagel led the Tigers on the ground with 40 yards on 12 carries.
Anderson completed a pair of passes for 51 yards. Devin Walker's two pass completions accounted for 28 yards.
Julius Sifuentes's four receptions totaled 58 yards.
The Tigers, 0-2 in the GWAC, travel to Colby on September 22.
The Eagles are 3-0 with wins over Oakley 46-7, LaCrosse 49-7, and Hugoton 14-12.
Ulysses lost 14-13 to Hugoton on September 8.
