Launch the media gallery 1 playerAny UHS Junior or Senior may attend prom as a single or with a date as long as they meet all criteria.
Freshmen, Sophomores and out of town students can only attend as a date of a UHS Junior or Senor.
All out of town guests must have an approved “guest form” completed and on file in the UHS office before Wednesday, April 8.
All guests must be:
1. Currently enrolled in high school or an accredited learning center
2. In good standing at the school they attend
3. Under the age of 21
4. If they have already graduated, a guest must have a recommendation from the principal or counselor from the school they graduated from.
All students attending prom must be eligible and have all school fees paid before Friday, April 10.
