Lady Cubs Continue Strong Play

KMS 8TH GRADE GIRLS BASKETBALL
The KMS Lady Cubs again had a good week on the hardwood with another six wins. First they traveled to Colby on Thursday November 13 and defeated the A Team Eagles by the score of 35-10. The B Team had similar success with the score of 34-14.
On Saturday November 15, the Lady Cubs traveled to Liberal South. The A Team Lady Cubs first won a close game with the Eagles of Hugoton by the score of 31-23 and followed that up with a 40-7 win over the host Apaches from Liberal South. Again, the B Team followed them up with two wins of their own by beating Hugoton and Liberal South by the scores of 23-12 and 29-18.
The KMS Girls Basketball Team will be in action this week at home with the Scott City Blue Jays on Thursday November the 20th and again in Liberal on Saturday the 22nd to take on Liberal West and Horace Good Middle School of Garden City.
