UHS Boys Varsity Team Win 4th Cross Country Meet of the Season;
Place 1st at the Syracuse Meet

Launch the media gallery 1 playerThe UHS Cross Country team traveled to Syracuse on Saturday, October 5, 2013. The UHS boys’ varsity team came home with another team gold medal, as they raced to a first place finish, despite not having our number 1 and number 4 varsity runners.
We have had to move some guys from junior varsity to varsity due to some injuries and the guys have done an excellent job stepping up for the team. The guys continue to run PR’s (Personal Records) at each meet and continue to push the pace.
The girls’ varsity did not run with a full team this weekend, which was the first time in more than 10 years, but we should have a full team again when we travel to Lakin this coming Saturday, October 12, beginning at 9:00 A.M.
